What is Candy N´Chill box?
It is a Candy subscription box providing local and international candies to your doorstep. Each box is designed to evoke the child in all of us. It’s fun colours, creative use of humour to convey pop culture will leave you wanting more. Like its name, it’s a combination of eating sweets and spending quality time doing an activity. Each box unique contents leads to the result of feeling better - Aka enjoying feel good moments!
When will I receive my box?
Your first box will arrive 3-8 business days from the day of your original order. After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the shipping date, as well. After your first box, subsequent boxes will ship by the 15th of each month for the duration of your subscription.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes! You can purchase as a gift and send it to the address you wish to gift it to. We offer monthly, 3 or 6 month subscription options.
How do mystery gifts work?
Mystery gift is a feature in checkout that allows members to redeem special offers or downloads codes for Digital gifts.
What is Candy N´ Chill mystery gift box?
A mystery box is a fun surprise box that is often offered in a specific theme or brands of candy, chips, or chocolates. The content of the box represents a certain value. The content of the box will remain a surprise until delivery.
The appearance of the actual product may differ slightly from the product photo posted on the website.
Can I unsubscribe? What is your cancellation policy?
We will be sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time. Just log in to your account, go to the subscription page and select the option set to cancel. If you have committed to a multi-month subscription and have boxes left to receive, you will be charged for and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
When will you bill me?
You will be billed for your first box as soon as you sign up. After that, the billing date will be every 1st of each month, if you are unsure of your billing date, you can review your account page to see the upcoming charges.
Is there a guarantee? My Candy Box arrived damaged. What happens now?
Oh no! Inevitably this will occur. We are unable to guarantee everyone who handles our boxes from us to you will be as careful..
Can food allergies be accommodated?
Unfortunately, we are not able to individually customize the boxes. If you have severe food allergies please do not purchase our product.
Can I save by referring a friend?
Candy N Chill offers a 55 DKK discount code to both parties every time you refer a friend to the shop, who completes an order.

Does each box always contain the same variety of sweets?
Great question! We are always trying to bring you the newest, tastiest sweets! Each box contains a specially selected combination of 6-8 items ranging from gummies, hard/soft candies, chocolates, to a rainbow of candies of all shape and sizes. Each box comes with amazing full colour sticker. All products are packaged with great care before being shipped out.

How do I update my account and subscription?
To update your subscription, view your account page. In each area, you are able to edit information. Select an area & make the changes you want!

Yes, you can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel your order by logging in to your account.
